- Garden Highway Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Chef Veggie Starter
- 1 box prepared cornbread mix (i.e. Jiffy)
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat sauté pan on medium-high. Add oil and sauté veggie starter for 6-8 minutes or until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool. Prepare cornbread mix according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fold cooked starter mix into cornbread batter until combined. Pour mixture into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake for 25-30 minutes Serve with honey and butter and enjoy!
